Terms & Conditions for Bharat Playground Gaming Android App

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bharat Playground gaming Android app ("App") available at bharatplayground.com. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. License and Access

1.1 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Bharat Playground grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

3.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Bharat Playground or its licensors.

4. User Content

4.1 Submission: You may have the opportunity to submit or post user-generated content, such as comments, reviews, or game content ("User Content"), on the App. By submitting User Content, you grant Bharat Playground a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

4.2 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, and you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize Bharat Playground to use your User Content as described herein.
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.
• Your User Content complies with applicable laws and regulations and does not contain any illegal, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BHARAT PLAYGROUND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BHARAT PLAYGROUND BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF BHARAT PLAYGROUND HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
